MediaStoreData

Service object for interacting with AWS MediaStoreData service.

public struct MediaStoreData: AWSService

An AWS Elemental MediaStore asset is an object, similar to an object in the Amazon S3 service. Objects are the fundamental entities that are stored in AWS Elemental MediaStore.

Inheritance

AWSService

Initializers

init(client:region:partition:endpoint:timeout:byteBufferAllocator:options:)

Initialize the MediaStoreData client

public init(
        client: AWSClient,
        region: SotoCore.Region? = nil,
        partition: AWSPartition = .aws,
        endpoint: String? = nil,
        timeout: TimeAmount? = nil,
        byteBufferAllocator: ByteBufferAllocator = ByteBufferAllocator(),
        options: AWSServiceConfig.Options = []
    )

Parameters

  • client: AWSClient used to process requests
  • region: Region of server you want to communicate with. This will override the partition parameter.
  • partition: AWS partition where service resides, standard (.aws), china (.awscn), government (.awsusgov).
  • endpoint: Custom endpoint URL to use instead of standard AWS servers
  • timeout: Timeout value for HTTP requests

init(from:patch:)

Initializer required by AWSService.with(middlewares:timeout:byteBufferAllocator:options). You are not able to use this initializer directly as there are no public initializers for AWSServiceConfig.Patch. Please use AWSService.with(middlewares:timeout:byteBufferAllocator:options) instead.

public init(from: MediaStoreData, patch: AWSServiceConfig.Patch)

Methods

deleteObject(_:logger:on:)

public func deleteObject(_ input: DeleteObjectRequest, logger: Logger = AWSClient.loggingDisabled, on eventLoop: EventLoop? = nil) -> EventLoopFuture<DeleteObjectResponse>

Deletes an object at the specified path.

describeObject(_:logger:on:)

public func describeObject(_ input: DescribeObjectRequest, logger: Logger = AWSClient.loggingDisabled, on eventLoop: EventLoop? = nil) -> EventLoopFuture<DescribeObjectResponse>

Gets the headers for an object at the specified path.

getObject(_:logger:on:)

public func getObject(_ input: GetObjectRequest, logger: Logger = AWSClient.loggingDisabled, on eventLoop: EventLoop? = nil) -> EventLoopFuture<GetObjectResponse>

Downloads the object at the specified path. If the object’s upload availability is set to streaming, AWS Elemental MediaStore downloads the object even if it’s still uploading the object.

listItems(_:logger:on:)

public func listItems(_ input: ListItemsRequest, logger: Logger = AWSClient.loggingDisabled, on eventLoop: EventLoop? = nil) -> EventLoopFuture<ListItemsResponse>

Provides a list of metadata entries about folders and objects in the specified folder.

putObject(_:logger:on:)

public func putObject(_ input: PutObjectRequest, logger: Logger = AWSClient.loggingDisabled, on eventLoop: EventLoop? = nil) -> EventLoopFuture<PutObjectResponse>

Uploads an object to the specified path. Object sizes are limited to 25 MB for standard upload availability and 10 MB for streaming upload availability.

getObjectStreaming(_:logger:on:_:)

public func getObjectStreaming(_ input: GetObjectRequest, logger: Logger = AWSClient.loggingDisabled, on eventLoop: EventLoop? = nil, _ stream: @escaping (ByteBuffer, EventLoop)->EventLoopFuture<Void>) -> EventLoopFuture<GetObjectResponse>

Downloads the object at the specified path. If the object’s upload availability is set to streaming, AWS Elemental MediaStore downloads the object even if it’s still uploading the object.

listItemsPaginator(_:logger:on:)

compiler(>=5.5.2) && canImport(_Concurrency)
public func listItemsPaginator(
        _ input: ListItemsRequest,
        logger: Logger = AWSClient.loggingDisabled,
        on eventLoop: EventLoop? = nil
    ) -> AWSClient.PaginatorSequence<ListItemsRequest, ListItemsResponse>

Provides a list of metadata entries about folders and objects in the specified folder.

Return PaginatorSequence for operation. - Parameters: - input: Input for request - logger: Logger used flot logging - eventLoop: EventLoop to run this process on

listItemsPaginator(_:_:logger:on:onPage:)

Provide paginated results to closure onPage for it to combine them into one result. This works in a similar manner to Array.reduce<Result>(_:_:) -> Result.

public func listItemsPaginator<Result>(
        _ input: ListItemsRequest,
        _ initialValue: Result,
        logger: Logger = AWSClient.loggingDisabled,
        on eventLoop: EventLoop? = nil,
        onPage: @escaping (Result, ListItemsResponse, EventLoop) -> EventLoopFuture<(Bool, Result)>
    ) -> EventLoopFuture<Result>

Provides a list of metadata entries about folders and objects in the specified folder.

Parameters:

  • input: Input for request
  • initialValue: The value to use as the initial accumulating value. initialValue is passed to onPage the first time it is called.
  • logger: Logger used flot logging
  • eventLoop: EventLoop to run this process on
  • onPage: closure called with each paginated response. It combines an accumulating result with the contents of response. This combined result is then returned along with a boolean indicating if the paginate operation should continue.

listItemsPaginator(_:logger:on:onPage:)

Provide paginated results to closure onPage.

public func listItemsPaginator(
        _ input: ListItemsRequest,
        logger: Logger = AWSClient.loggingDisabled,
        on eventLoop: EventLoop? = nil,
        onPage: @escaping (ListItemsResponse, EventLoop) -> EventLoopFuture<Bool>
    ) -> EventLoopFuture<Void>

Parameters

  • input: Input for request
  • logger: Logger used flot logging
  • eventLoop: EventLoop to run this process on
  • onPage: closure called with each block of entries. Returns boolean indicating whether we should continue.
